Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual / Multilingual Support professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Thane. As a Non-Voice support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and providing exceptional support to our diverse user base. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Tech/B.E. background who possess strong linguistic abilities and a technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely non-voice support (email, chat, ticketing systems) in multiple languages to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to aerospace and defence systems, escalating complex problems to senior engineers or relevant departments.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Translate technical documentation and user guides between languages as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and suggest improvements in products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic communication.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry best practices.
