Job Description

Role Summary:
As a Bilingual/Multilingual Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance in their native language. You will handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and/or blended channels (email, chat) to resolve technical issues, provide product information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in bridging language barriers and delivering exceptional support to our diverse customer base within the hardware and networking domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in [Specify Languages, e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, English] via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and networking-related technical issues for customers.

- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams or relevant departments when necessary.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, technical updates, and support procedures.
- Contribute to team goals and knowledge base development.
