Bilingual / Multilingual Support - Voice / Blended - Printing & Publishing Sector - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual / Multilingual Support professional with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves providing exceptional voice and blended support to our diverse customer base within the printing and publishing industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth communication and resolving queries in multiple languages, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support through voice calls and blended channels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in multiple languages (e.g., Hindi, English, and potentially others relevant to our customer base).
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies within the printing and publishing domain.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics and participating in team discussions and training sessions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes, providing feedback to management.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures in all customer interactions.
