Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Billing Executive with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing billing records, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role requires strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain detailed billing records and ensure proper filing.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure all billing information is complete and correct.
Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in collection efforts.
Prepare billing reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing.
