Billing Executive - Biotechnology (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to join our finance team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 2-4 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing accounts receivable, and supporting the finance department's operational efficiency within a dynamic biotechnology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
- Reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment collection.
- Process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and other departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Generate billing reports and provide analysis to management as required.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
