Billing Executive - Building Material (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team at our Mangalore office. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a strong understanding of billing processes within the building material and construction industry. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients for materials supplied and services rendered, ensuring all details are correct.

Verify and reconcile billing data with sales records, purchase orders, and delivery challans to ensure accuracy.

Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and client accounts.

Process payments, prepare receipts, and manage accounts receivable.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.

Liaise with sales, procurement, and project management teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax regulations (e.g., GST) in all billing activities.

Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for billing and reconciliation.
