Role Summary: The Billing / Planning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of services provided by the company, as well as optimizing operational planning to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain billing systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Analyze service usage data and generate billing reports.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Plan and optimize logistics routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Utilize planning software and tools to forecast demand and manage capacity.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.
