Billing / Planning Engineer

Role Summary: The Billing / Planning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for projects and services within the entertainment sector, as well as contributing to project planning and resource allocation. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, financial acumen, and strong organizational skills to support the efficient execution of entertainment production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain billing systems and processes for various entertainment projects (e.g., film production, content distribution, advertising).
• Collaborate with production, finance, and sales teams to gather project requirements and cost estimations.
• Prepare accurate invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable related to project billing.
• Analyze project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to identify potential cost efficiencies and risks.
• Generate regular reports on billing status, project costs, and financial performance for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to billing and financial reporting.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts.
