We are seeking a diligent and analytical Billing / Planning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing billing processes and production planning to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a strong understanding of financial operations and production workflows within the manufacturing sector, particularly pulp and paper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze production schedules and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
- Generate accurate invoices and billing statements based on production and sales orders.
- Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement improvements to billing and planning processes.
- Generate reports on production output, billing, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
