Billing / Planning Engineer - Hardware & Networking (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate billing processes and efficient resource planning within our Hardware & Networking operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of billing systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a 12th pass qualification being the minimum educational requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and verify invoices for hardware and networking services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimations for proposals.

Maintain and update billing records and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely reconciliation.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of hardware deployment and network maintenance activities.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of hardware components.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and planning, escalating issues as needed.

Prepare regular reports on billing status, project timelines, and resource utilization for management review.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
