Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing / Records professional with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our manufacturing and production facility in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of all billing-related tasks, maintaining meticulous financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role is crucial for the smooth financial operations of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Process purchase orders and verify received goods against invoices.
- Maintain and update the billing system with all relevant transaction details.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers regularly.
- Generate and analyze billing reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all billing and record-keeping documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other relevant tax regulations for billing.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and support audits as needed.
