Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Bio Technologist with an M.Pharma degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying biotechnological principles and techniques to optimize processes within the pulp and paper manufacturing environment. This role involves research, development, and implementation of bio-based solutions to enhance product quality, improve operational efficiency, and promote sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement biotechnological strategies for pulp and paper production, focusing on areas such as bio-pulping, bio-bleaching, and wastewater treatment.
Conduct research and experiments to identify and utilize enzymes, microorganisms, or other biological agents for process improvement and new product development.
Monitor and analyze process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and recommend biotechnological solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all laboratory and plant operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to achieve project goals.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on research findings and process improvements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and their applications in the pulp and paper industry.
