Biologist

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Biologist to join our Quality Assurance and Research & Development team. The Biologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory analyses, ensuring product quality and safety, and contributing to the development of new brewing processes and products. This role requires a strong understanding of microbiology, biochemistry, and analytical techniques relevant to the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform biochemical analyses to monitor fermentation processes and product characteristics.
• Develop and validate new analytical methods for quality control.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and quality control data.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on new product development and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
