Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Biologist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at GoSports Foundation in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing athlete performance through scientific insights and support. This position is ideal for an Any Graduate with a strong foundation in biological sciences and a passion for sports.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on physiological and biomechanical data of athletes to identify performance enhancement opportunities.
Collaborate with coaches and sports scientists to develop and implement individualized training and recovery programs.
Monitor athlete health and well-being, providing insights on nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention from a biological perspective.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports science, exercise physiology, and biological research relevant to athletic performance.
Assist in the design and execution of research projects aimed at understanding the biological factors influencing athletic success.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for athletes and the coaching staff.
