Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join our educational initiatives, potentially supporting our workforce development or community outreach programs within the Food Processing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting foundational biological concepts relevant to food science, agriculture, and public health to diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans on core biology topics, including cell biology, genetics, microbiology, and ecology.
- Tailor biological content to be relevant to the food processing industry, focusing on areas such as food safety, fermentation, plant science, and animal husbandry.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, demonstrations, laboratory experiments, and group activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated on current research and advancements in biology and their applications in the food industry.
- Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing their academic needs.
