Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive biology lesson plans and educational materials tailored to adult learners or specific corporate needs.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and presentations on various biological topics.
- Assess learner progress through appropriate evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biological sciences and educational methodologies.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and develop relevant biological content for employee development programs.
- Manage classroom/training environment, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Contribute to the development of health and wellness initiatives within the organization, leveraging biological knowledge.
- Analyze and interpret data related to training effectiveness and program outcomes, applying business principles learned during MBA/PGDM.
