Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Biotechnology Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and training employees on fundamental and advanced biotechnology concepts relevant to our electronics manufacturing processes, quality control, and research and development initiatives. This role is crucial for upskilling our workforce and fostering innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive biotechnology curriculum tailored to the needs of the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Instruct employees on topics such as molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, biochemistry, and their applications in manufacturing and quality assurance.
- Design and conduct practical laboratory sessions and demonstrations.
- Assess student learning through various methods, including exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and their potential applications in the electronics sector.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to employees on biotechnology-related projects and career development.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to identify training needs and develop relevant educational content.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment in the laboratory and classroom settings.
