Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Biotechnology Teacher to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training in biotechnology principles and applications to our employees, supporting our organizational development and skill enhancement initiatives, particularly within sectors that may benefit from advanced scientific understanding relevant to import/export operations. This role requires a strong academic background and practical experience in biotechnology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training modules on various biotechnology topics, including molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and industrial biotechnology.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in biotechnology and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Prepare students for specific technical requirements or advancements relevant to our business operations, possibly including biosecurity or quality control aspects in import/export.
- Manage classroom logistics and maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety protocols and institutional guidelines.
