Blended Process Associate

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Respond to customer emails, chat messages, and other non-voice communication channels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
