Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our growing team at Cult.fit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a large volume of blue-collar employees across various operational roles within our fitness centers and delivery network in India. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract blue-collar candidates for roles such as gym trainers, support staff, delivery personnel, and operations associates.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews, background checks, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, community outreach, and employee referrals.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Organize and participate in recruitment drives and job fairs in relevant communities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
