Role Summary:
Ola Electric is seeking a dedicated and experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a large volume of blue-collar workers for our manufacturing and operations facilities across India. This role is crucial in ensuring we have the right talent to support our ambitious growth plans in the electric vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar talent, including factory workers, technicians, and support staff.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job fairs, local advertisements, community outreach programs, and recruitment agencies specializing in blue-collar hiring.
- Conduct initial screening of applications, perform interviews, and assess candidates' skills and suitability for the roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer letter generation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Organize and participate in recruitment drives and open house events.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates and maintain a high level of candidate experience.
