Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Blue Collar Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our HR team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for sourcing and onboarding a significant workforce for our agricultural operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of blue-collar candidates for various roles within agriculture, forestry, and fishing sectors.
- Conduct initial screening of applications, including resume review and telephonic interviews, to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide timely feedback.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and pre-employment formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment requirements and timelines.
- Utilize HRIS and recruitment software to track candidate progress and manage recruitment data efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
