Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Blue Collar Recruiter to join our HR team. The primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit skilled and unskilled labor for various operational roles within our content development and language services divisions. This role is crucial in ensuring we have the right workforce to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and recruit blue-collar workers for roles such as content moderators, data entry operators, language annotators, and support staff.
* Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, local community outreach, referrals, and partnerships with labor agencies.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
* Verify candidate credentials, background checks, and references.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
* Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
* Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment drives.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
