Blue Collar Recruiter (3-4 Yrs) | Surat

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local labor market and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring skilled and semi-skilled workers for the agricultural sector. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract blue-collar candidates for various roles within our agricultural operations.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment drives in rural and semi-urban areas.
