The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a large volume of blue-collar talent for various operational roles within our fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of recruitment skills and an understanding of the pharmaceutical background, which can be leveraged in assessing candidates for specific operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, local community outreach, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to understand staffing needs and challenges.
