Blue Collar Recruiter - Engineering & Construction (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar workforce for our large-scale engineering and construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring our project sites are adequately staffed with skilled and motivated personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of blue-collar candidates, including tradespeople, technicians, and site laborers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific project staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, local community outreach, and referral programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment drives, particularly in areas with a strong blue-collar labor presence.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
