Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our Board as a Board Member. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to corporate governance and strategic decision-making within a leading aviation company. You will support the board in various functions, contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of board meeting agendas and minutes.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Support the development of strategic plans and business proposals.
- Help in reviewing financial reports and operational performance metrics.
- Participate in committee meetings and contribute to discussions on governance and compliance.
- Liaise with different departments to gather information and track action items.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
