We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Boom Operator with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess an MCA degree and a strong understanding of call center operations and audio management. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage audio feeds during live calls and recordings to ensure optimal sound quality and clarity.
- Operate and adjust audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and other sound processing tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic audio-related issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with call center agents and supervisors to understand audio requirements and provide support.
- Maintain accurate logs of audio equipment usage and any encountered issues.
- Assist in the setup and testing of audio equipment for new projects or campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
