Boom Operator

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boom Operator to join our dynamic production team at ITC Limited. The Boom Operator will be responsible for operating the boom microphone to capture high-quality audio during video shoots and live events, ensuring clear and consistent sound recording. This role requires a keen ear for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate boom microphones and associated audio equipment.

Position the boom microphone effectively to capture dialogue and ambient sound while avoiding visual obstruction.

Monitor audio levels and quality during recording sessions, making adjustments as needed.

Collaborate closely with the sound mixer, director, and camera crew to achieve desired audio outcomes.

Maintain and troubleshoot audio equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on set.
