Border Patrol Agent

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Border Patrol Agent with 5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our Pune-based team. This role is crucial for safeguarding our organization's assets and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks at the intersection of financial operations and operational boundaries, particularly in the context of cross-border transactions and compliance. Your MBA/PGDM will be leveraged to develop and implement robust strategies for risk assessment and control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment frameworks for cross-border financial and operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze transaction patterns to detect anomalies, fraud, and non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure adherence to international trade laws, tax regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
- Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and partners involved in international operations.
- Design and execute internal controls to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data and assets.
- Prepare detailed reports on identified risks, control deficiencies, and recommended mitigation strategies for senior management.
- Stay abreast of evolving global regulatory landscapes and their potential impact on the organization's operations.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations as required, ensuring objectivity and thoroughness.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and potential vulnerabilities.
