Bosun

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bosun to join our content development team. The Bosun will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our content production facilities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, and managing the logistics of our language services division. This role requires a strong understanding of operational workflows, team coordination, and adherence to quality standards within the content development and language services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the content development and language services teams.

Oversee the workflow of content creation, translation, editing, and proofreading processes.

Ensure timely delivery of all content projects according to established deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Maintain inventory of content assets, tools, and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.

Implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with project managers, content creators, translators, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational procedures.
