Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Bosun to join our operations team in Bhubaneshwar. The Bosun will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting the supply chain activities within the Beauty & Personal Care sector. This role is crucial for maintaining the timely delivery of products to our customers and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accuracy in record-keeping using our inventory management system.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures within the warehouse to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Train and mentor junior warehouse staff, providing guidance on operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse premises.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory, shipments, and operational performance.
