Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bosun with 0-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency within our import and export logistics operations, focusing on data management and coordination. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth cargo handling, documentation accuracy, and effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of cargo loading and unloading operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo manifests, shipping documents, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with port authorities, customs officials, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Utilize BCA knowledge to manage and analyze operational data, generating reports for management.
- Support the planning and execution of vessel movements and port calls.
- Communicate effectively with deck crew, port staff, and other team members.
- Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
- Learn and apply company procedures for efficient logistics management.
