Branch Manager (3-4 Yrs) | Nagpur

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth at our Nagpur branch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all banking regulations.

Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

Monitor branch performance, analyze financial data, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Ensure effective risk management and operational controls within the branch.

Foster a positive work environment and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
