Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Thane branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations, customer relationship management, and team leadership. This role requires a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector. You will be responsible for driving branch performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to all banking policies and procedures.
- Drive sales and service initiatives to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other banking products.
- Manage and motivate the branch team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Handle customer grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage ATM operations and cash handling processes.
