Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Manager with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the agrochemical sector, focusing on customer engagement, product promotion, and operational efficiency within a designated branch. The role requires an individual with strong design thinking skills to understand and communicate product benefits and market needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
Engage with farmers and channel partners to understand their needs and promote our range of fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals.
Utilize design thinking principles to create visually appealing and informative marketing materials and presentations for products.
Support the sales team by providing product information, visual aids, and market insights.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Contribute to local market analysis and competitor activity reporting.
Assist in organizing and executing local promotional events and farmer outreach programs.
