Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the delivery of consulting services. This role requires a blend of operational acumen, technical understanding, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline branch operations, including administrative functions, resource allocation, and office management.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and systems to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and client engagements.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the IT infrastructure and systems of the branch, leveraging MCA knowledge for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees and provide operational support.
