Role Summary: The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational activities at a designated branch, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company policies and service standards. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth import and export operations, managing staff, and driving customer satisfaction.
