Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our key branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, managing resources, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Manage and lead a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the metals and mining industry.
