Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standards for quality and service excellence.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize branch performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
* Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, receiving, and security, ensuring minimal discrepancies.
* Lead and motivate the branch team, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
* Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product display and customer engagement, drawing on design principles.
* Manage branch expenses and ensure efficient resource allocation.
