We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of legal frameworks and commercial acumen to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our market share within the ports and shipping sector. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ports, shipping, and logistics sectors, leveraging legal knowledge to understand client needs and contractual obligations.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential challenges and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and contract fulfillment.

Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients and ensure all sales activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
