Job Description
Role Summary: The Branch Sales Manager (B2B) will be responsible for driving fundraising and partnership initiatives for Pratham Education Foundation within a designated branch territory. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with corporate entities, foundations, and other B2B stakeholders to secure funding and support for Pratham's educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social impact sector and a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic B2B fundraising plan for the assigned branch.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners, CSR departments, and philanthropic foundations.
- Present Pratham's mission, programs, and impact to prospective donors and partners.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sponsorship deals.
- Manage and grow existing B2B relationships, ensuring donor satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with program teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational needs and impact goals.
- Track and report on fundraising progress, pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Organize and host B2B engagement events and workshops.
- Stay abreast of trends in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy in India.
- Represent Pratham at industry events and conferences.
