Branch Sales Manager (B2C) - Animation & VFX (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Sales Manager (B2C) to lead our sales efforts in Delhi for the Animation & VFX sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive B2C revenue growth, manage a sales team, and build strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the animation and VFX market and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and motivation to ensure individual and team success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2C segment, focusing on animation and VFX services and products.
