Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Sales Manager (B2C) with 3-5 years of experience to lead our Vijayawada branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2C sales initiatives, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of branch sales targets within the investment banking, venture capital, and private equity sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial products and a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective B2C sales strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2C segment, focusing on investment banking, venture capital, and private equity products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Manage branch operations efficiently, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
