Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager (B2C) with 3-5 years of experience to lead our sales operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2C sales, expanding market reach, and managing a sales team within the manufacturing and production sector. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (BBA/BBM) is a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Oversee daily sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the sales team.
