Job Description

Role Summary:
Nike is seeking a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our brand presence in key international markets. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative brand strategies that resonate with consumers, enhance brand equity, and achieve business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with global brand vision and local market insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage the brand's messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product launches.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Manage agency relationships and external partners.
- Drive innovation in brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
