Breast Surgeon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Breast Surgeon to join our team. While our core business is in hardware and networking, we are investing in employee wellness programs and are looking for a specialist to provide comprehensive breast health services to our workforce. This role will involve diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of breast conditions, as well as promoting breast cancer awareness and prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations related to breast health.
* Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast diseases.
* Perform surgical procedures for breast cancer and other breast conditions, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructive surgery.
* Interpret diagnostic imaging (mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs) and pathology reports.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
* Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
* Offer counseling and support to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in breast surgery and oncology.
* Contribute to employee wellness initiatives and educational programs on breast health awareness and early detection.
