While direct surgical procedures are not performed on-site, the role involves preliminary consultations, identifying potential concerns, and directing employees to appropriate medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preliminary health assessments and consultations related to breast health for employees.

Educate employees on breast self-examination techniques and general breast health awareness.

Identify and document any apparent concerns or symptoms requiring further medical investigation.

Provide information and guidance on accessing external medical specialists and diagnostic services.

Maintain confidential employee health records.

Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to promote employee health initiatives.

Ensure a supportive and empathetic environment for all employee consultations.
