We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Brew Master with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced understanding gained from an LLM degree to contribute to our brewing operations, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation. This role requires a blend of technical brewing knowledge and analytical skills to optimize processes and develop new product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the brewing process, from raw material selection to final product packaging.
- Develop and implement new beer recipes and product variations, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor and control fermentation, maturation, and filtration processes.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and sensory evaluations to maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze brewing data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development and market trend analysis.
- Train and mentor junior brewing staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any brewing-related issues that may arise.
