Job Description
Role Summary: As a Brew Master at Cult.fit, you will be instrumental in developing and overseeing the creation of innovative and healthy beverages, aligning with our brand's commitment to wellness. You will lead the brewing process, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to health standards for our beverage offerings, potentially including functional drinks, kombucha, or other health-focused beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine recipes for a variety of healthy beverages, focusing on nutritional value and taste.
- Manage the entire brewing process from ingredient sourcing to final product.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and taste panels to maintain product excellence.
- Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to introduce new beverage concepts.
- Train and supervise junior brewing staff.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and brewing supplies.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the brewing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in beverage production and wellness.
